Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
To return an item, please contact us at ecommteam@towsleys.com to obtain an RMA number. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
We do not charge restocking fees
